The 5th (and 6th) of November!

With not long to go at all until Guy Fawkes Night, there are various events taking place across Angus over the much anticipated weekend. Wrap up warm, gather round the bonfire and watch the fireworks in what is always a special evening.

It is worth noting that dogs cannot attend these events, so please leave them at home.

 

Edzell

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edzell’s Bonfire Night takes place on Saturday at Edzell Muir.

The Bonfire will be lit at 6:30pm and Fireworks at 6:45pm.

Those attending are asked to give donations in order to support this and future events.

 

Hillside, Charleton Farm

Hillside Scouts Bonfire & Fireworks Display also takes place on Saturday.

The Bonfire is to be lit at 6:30pm and  Fireworks display at 7pm.

Tickets are £3 per person available from Hillside Village Shop and Meg’s Sweet geM’s.

Glowsticks, hot dogs, teas & coffees for sale.

Limited parking at Charleton Farm, vehicle access from Charleton Road only.

 

Kirriemuir

Kirrie Bonfire Night takes place on Sunday, with the Bonfire lighting at 5:45pm and Fireworks at 7pm.

Hot food is available along with glow/flashing sticks.

They ask that cash is brought for donations and food as card payments cannot be taken.

The Bonfire and Fireworks has been arranged by the Rotary Club of the Angus Glens, in association with Kirriemuir Regeneration Group and DD8 Music.
