Sài Gòn Streets is a next-generation street food venture bringing the vibrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine to the streets of the UK. Our food truck serves handcrafted Bánh Mì—Vietnam’s iconic baguette sandwich—alongside rich, sweet Vietnamese coffee prepared using traditional phin drip methods. Designed for modern consumers seeking fast, flavourful, and unique meals, our offering is authentic, affordable, and Instagram-worthy.

We operate a mobile business model, allowing us to serve markets, events, and festivals, with the flexibility to adapt to customer demand and seasonal shifts. Our dual focus on food and specialty coffee gives us a broad appeal.

Founded by Kevin and Monika McInally. With a combined 20+ years of experience in the hospitality and food industry, bringing together a powerful blend of culinary expertise and operational leadership. We bring deep technical skill and a passion for fresh, vibrant cuisine. With extensive experience running high-volume hospitality venues, including restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, and events plus a strong background in operations, staffing, customer service, and commercial performance, we ensure the business runs with professionalism, efficiency, and a clear vision.

In 2025, we made the decision to step away from their careers and spend a year traveling across Southeast Asia, immersing ourselves in local cultures, cuisines, and food scenes—with a special focus on Vietnam. This journey not only deepened our appreciation for Vietnamese food and coffee but also inspired us to bring that energy and authenticity back to the UK.

Together, we are launching Sài Gòn Streets —a Vietnamese Bánh Mì and Cà Phê food truck—with the mission to serve real flavours, crafted with care, and create a mobile food experience that’s as exciting and memorable as the streets of Saigon.
